How we work
Everything we build runs through the AI Agency Pipeline — a fully automated agentic workflow from client discovery to deployed solution. Each phase is handled by a purpose-built AI component: structured interviews surface requirements, a knowledge base retains everything learned, and a multi-agent Software Factory builds and tests the output.
We build it by building with it. Every component is designed and tested on real problems before it touches a client engagement.
Principles
Build only what's needed
Scope is defined before a line is written. We identify extension paths but don't build them until the problem is real.
Design for operability
Every system addresses how it will be maintained over time — what breaks when dependencies change, and how failures are detected.
One source of truth
Knowledge is centralised and shared across every part of the pipeline. Nothing starts from zero.
